Dr. Benjamin Sarfati is a plastic surgeon specializing in breast oncologic and reconstructive surgery, microsurgery, head and neck reconstruction, and dermatologic surgery. He works at Gustave Roussy in Paris, a leading cancer center, and in private practice at the Hartmann Clinic. Dr. Sarfati co-founded the “Paris Breast Rendez-Vous” congress and is responsible for the French Inter-University Diploma of breast surgery. He is also a member of the Scientific Committee of Europa Donna and has developed a new robotic technique for breast surgery using the Da Vinci Xi.
