Dr. De Graeve Liesl is a plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon who is passionate about reconstructive surgery, with special focus on breast reconstruction. She completed her Medical Degree in 2016 at the University of Ghent, Belgium and was awarded a 6-year residency in Plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery at the same University under the guidance of Prof. dr. Blondeel. Afterwards she was granted the opportunity to do a fellowship with Prof. dr. Masia and dr. Pons in Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau and Clinica Planas in Barcelona, Spain. She is a fellow of the Collegium Chirurgicum Plasticum (CCP) and member of the Gent Academy of Plastic Surgery (GAPS).
Through her hard work and commitment, she has established herself as a knowledgeable and dedicated professional in the University Hospital of Ghent, Belgium. In her current role as clinical consultant, she is responsible for the reconstructive surgery after breast and soft tissue cancer and lymphatic surgery.
