Dr. Zhygulin is a physician, general and oncological surgeon, and expert in oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgery. He is the founder and head of the Breast Center at LISOD Hospital of Israeli Oncology in Kyiv, Ukraine, the first Breast Unit in the country meeting EUSOMA standards. Dr. Zhygulin is also the founder and scientific director of multiple educational initiatives, including the Ukrainian International Breast Conference and the Ukrainian School of Oncoesthetic Breast Surgery. He is a member of several international surgical organizations, including ESSO and CEECBCS.
