Any cancellation must be sent by email to Materia Prima (hello@romedubaibreast.com) accordingly the timing below
For cancellations made till April 1st 2023 the 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
For cancellations made after April 1st 2023 no refund will be given
All refunds will be paid after the congress
